     Also, don’t say something is “above my pay grade” when it’s something you delegate to someone who gets paid less than you.

     I get so irritated by folks who ask questions they know the answer to in webinars. Like, you teach the course next time. Or just make it a statement if you feel like the presenter missed something. Not a question. Passive aggressive AF.
