Not an actual joke but legitimately if I ever got power I would try my hardest to completely disband HOA as a concept.

All it is is just a bunch of fucking boomers and the most annoying people you've ever met in your life telling you what to do.

They also incentivize people to sell their houses instead of giving it to their kids and stops people from looking for places with actually good neighbors who they might actually become friends and build a community around.
