   So, I had that ultrasound and it wasn't good news. They found a large swelling that: "is unlikely to be cancerous, but it may require surgery".They're getting me back in for bloodtests on Thursday and fast tracking me to hospital for more tests within the next 2 weeks.

   I'm not entirely sure I can do that comic con this weekend. The thought of standing behind a table for 2 days and pretend I'm fine isn't particularly appealing right now ?
