     @ntnsndr Process! Leaders and leadership are a reflection of processes — whether or not we see those processes in play, whether they are working or not, or see those processes as such.

     @ntnsndr perhaps I’m the only one here who has been in meetings for theory-laden collectivist projects that didn’t go anywhere, but I’d say leaders are pretty important
