I'm permanently soured on my company. The way they put me in the middle of the storm, ruined my relationship with supervisors, listened to lies about my training, failed to respond when I was in such distress I was ready to quit without another job meaning I'd have to essentially kill myself since I could not afford food or rent and they're totally mystified by why WOC don't progress or quit. #badmanagers #management #HR #racism
