@chris one of their new EVs was a disaster and it was all caused by software. The touch screen would crash and generally just not work. It was so bad they had to issue a stop sale until GM could fix the problem. How that ever left the factory that way is beyond me.

Same company also recently decided that they would rather build their own infotainment software instead of leveraging Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
