     There was an old blog where a doctor commented on every episode of House and the varying degrees of accuracy. It was super interesting, but it's gone now. There's still an archive thankfully:

     Also in this fantasy world there's enough doctors with enough spare time that they'll stand around explaining MRIs to patients and then watching them do the procedure
