   @samanthagroves Like most things in international relations, a lot of it is bad, but not without upsides. Stuff like 'aggressive invasions and land grabs are looked down upon and punished', for example Venezuela was stoking fears of capturing oil-rich parts of Guyana in 2023, and international condemnation was swift and clear.
