   • Eliminating medical debt for millions of Americans
   • A ban on price gouging for groceries and food
   • A cap on prescription drug costs
   • A $25,000 subsidy for first-time homebuyers
   • A Child Tax Credit that would provide $6,000 per child to families for the first year of a baby's life

     @DEDGirl @slotrak @kamalaharrisforpresidentnews "it doesn't help me" isn't a valid reason here. A president's policies are to help the country, with a very wide view (usually). Preventing people from going hungry, helping people get and afford medical care, and giving a hand to home purchasing (best first step to generational wealth) may not be perfect for you, but foe a very large number of people it is life changing. Many of those people are yet to be born.

     @slotrak @kamalaharrisforpresidentnews I don’t know that it helps the billionaires, but I’m a 52 yo disabled single parent with a teenager in Southern California &, outside of the capping food price gouging, none of this helps my family, nor anyone I know, nor any of the issues that plague our community or state. 🤷♀️ Wiping out medical debt sounds great, but if they can’t do student debt, how are they going to do medical? Our median home $ is $900,000🙄
