after dinner we decided to watch "We Bare Bears" as a family, so the kids went out and turned on the TV with the fire stick in and before we could get in there they got to see an autoplaying ad for Alien: Romulus. so yeah.

  @cyberlyra and they really did front-load some of that nightmare fuel it in the start of the trailer, too!
  (Funnily enough we watched an episode of We Bare Bears that had a clear reference to Aliens in it, with someone skittering across a ceiling unbeknownst to another character.)
