   Furthermore: X is a twitter, Threads is a twitter, and Mastodon is a twitter. Bluesky is a small, niche twitter. Truth.social is a racist twitter.

   I'm just going to start using it like kleenex.

   I washed an aspirin down with my thermos after googling jacuzzis and saw someone tweeted a video of a guy getting hurt on a jet ski and trying to dress the wound with band--aids, q-tips, and velcro, so I left myself a post-it note to pick up kleenex and chapstick tomorrow.

     Fuck it, I still call it "tweeting" no matter what service I'm using. Everyone knows it means microblogging and the guy who owns the term doesn't even want to use it.

     It's like using "googling" to mean searching except that there's not even a corporate brand to affect.

     This right here is a tweet on Mastodon.
