@rwg one thing it reminded me of is that I've never apologized publicly to @cwebber @tsyesika and @rhiaro for this traumatic experience. As co-chair, I should have not have let this get so bad for you. I wanted AP to exist so bad, I didn't pay attention to how hard it was for you. I'm sorry.

@evan @rwg thanks for sharing that. Really interesting talk.
Feels like all of the interesting developments on the Internet in my ~30 year career have come from the geeks following their interests (or at least solving their needs) ambivalent to the commercial/corporate aspect.
If we had UBI or similar, just think how many more interesting avenues would be pursued!
