   First look at the leaked contract signed by Angela and the Kennedy campaign. Very questionable use of a joint fundraising committee, as they're intended to be passthrough committees where raised funds are distributed for use by the committees, not redirected back to one purpose.

     If this was a permissible use of a JFC, any candidate could set up a political party and a JFC along with their candidacy to go around contribution limits
