Just a thought.
CNN's little meter at the top of the page "Fear and Greed Index" I haven't seen before, I thought it was interesting and probably an oversimplification that CNN things readers will like.

Home Depot is usually very empty anytime I visit (which only happens if Lowe’s lacks a certain pipe or fixture).
Lowe’s on the other hand is super crowded. All this is from my own anecdotal experience over the past decade though (in various states), so I may not see the whole picture.
