@neil FWIW I have spent a surprising amount of time (as someone who does a lot of website work, but who has also done some app stuff) persuading people that they want a website NOT an app.

I fear there was some business course out there convincing business folk that they needed an app to be seen as 'players' (from app developers presumably).

I'm team website all the way. From a user point of view I don't want to have to install apps for everyone & IMO websites are easier to build & maintain.
