   I recently set up my wife's new MacBook air and felt that MacOS has gotten way more annoying and pushy with repeatedly having to log into things over and over.

   It's apparently a vibe they're going for.

     gatekeeper always seemed like it was one patch from taking away the option to turn it off to me, i exited macs around that time
