   It might be worth contacting the librarians at Lincolnshire county records. They probably have lists of wayside monuments like this. It looks pretty modern (i.e post ww2) to me so it might be a war memorial of some kind? Lincolnshire was littered with airfields.

     Does anyone recognise where this is? I took the photo back in the late 70s and I believe it is somewhere in the area of Stamford, Lincolnshire. I have tried a reverse image search but no luck. #Photography #PhotographyOnMastodon #Stamford #Linolnshire
