   My friend has this story. He said he knew he was getting older when he went to his doctor, and said, "Doctor, I'm having knee pain when I run sometimes.", and the Doctor just said, "Yes."

     @RickiTarr My revelation was after my last annual checkup. My GP always puts her notes in my patient portal folder and her notes started out: "Pleasant ELDERLY patient presents as..."

     I guess I'd better start wearing purple!
