     @lina We're in this learning curve together! I've used mastodon a few times before but only with private instances for friends... it wasn't that great.

     It's the first time I'm using Mastodon on a larger instance (and I would've joined vt.social, if I were a Vtuber, to be honest. Vtubers rock).

     @shapeless You mean like using a character as an avatar/identity? I think that's already been a thing for ages, though it probably doesn't have a specific name? ^^

     @lina But yes, the idea of being a vtuber has been at the top of my head for a loooooong time.

     I just have no idea how to do it and how to be entertaining. It doesn't help that the main thing I'd do is just "play games".

     And also Vtubing is very hard work in general. I don't think I can handle an extra workload like that, if I think about it.

     But it *would* be nice, not gonna lie.

     @lina On one hand yes, but on the other hand, I feel like I can't settle on one look. And also, I don't want to use my voice in public settings such as a stream. It's anxiety inducing and there's more personal reasons to it.

     The look thing is why I go by shapeless. I can't really stick to a single character design that suits me, where I go "yep, that's me, alright". I'm almost like a Ditto from Pokemon, but not really ^^'
