     Yep I blocked that instance as did thousands of others for giving home to racists. I don't give a shit about whether he's running scared or not, that isn't the point of mass blocking an instance. Without federation an instance is just an echo chamber filled with the content coming from themselves.

     @jeff they, in fact, will not be all by themselves, the only content they will miss out on is firstnames lastnames posting the most milquetoast shit ever, i don't see how truth.social is even relevant here because that one never even federated to begin with, nooooooooow if you brought up gab which DID federate and then stopped federating after fedi's finest at freespeechextremist scared them off, i'd understand your point

     So what? Who cares? They will be all by themselves, and completely alone with only the content from users of their instance. Just like truth.social you would need an account on that instance to see their content.
