     @meduza_en You can circumvent this by connecting to Signal relays.
     https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-TLS-Proxy

     They would have to block each and every single proxy. I'm sure a lot of people here are willing to help! Perhaps NGOs like @digitalcourage also got one or two of those proxies flying around. 😉
