   It’s entirely possible it’s Friday, I’m not sure as I didn’t get a vast amount of sleep last night , much tossing & turning & fighting the bedding.

   My brain currently has the athletic prowess of a grapefruit so don’t expect too much today.

   I have a call with the OT later so I guess I should try & get out for a walk …
