     @icedquinn@blob.cat i think it's just that right now everyone is waiting for rate cuts to get a house so if it's not selling now it's not going to sell until after september, but maybe this area is actually starting to have some seller capitulation

     @shibao usually right now if the price dumps its because the house has something they're hiding, or the local government is shit. black rock will snipe it otherwise (they've been buying everything)

     @icedquinn@blob.cat there's ones that are clearly below market rate where sellers have backed out but that's not what i'm seeing, i'm seeing price cuts across the board

     @icedquinn @shibao the market just went into a slump a few weeks ago. Houses around me were selling left and right for crazy prices and then all of a sudden everything stopped and prices are now being cut.

     @kaia@brotka.st i think i might do this since it's pretty likely, i am just really excited to see any movement down, i just really hope fed rate cuts don't immediately thanos snap and reverse this trend if there are a lot of people waiting to buy a house with lower rates or something
