     @lain @feld lack of faith in your country is also one of the barriers to nuclear power right now, as the Germans calculated "if even the Japanese fuck up, how can we not fuck up?", and as others quietly wonder what happens to nuclear power after DEI hiring or when some vulture capitalists try to run the thing on a skeleton crew of half a pensioner and a rotating crew of three remote workers who never retain the job for longer than a few months.
     
     Clean energy could only see a resurgence alongside a patriotic resurgence, which would coincide with some Nazisms - not even through any ideologically necessity, but just as a reaction to enemy speech.
