Elon and Linda went forum-shopping, filing this case in Wichita Falls Division so that Judge Reed O'Connor was guaranteed to be assigned the case.      Nothing says confidence like going to one of the only places in America where you are guaranteed to get one particular far-right judge.

     And, notably, Dillon Law Group — Harmeet K. Dhillon, a former Trump 2020 lawyer who later tried unsuccessfully to become RNC chair — is representing Twitter/X.
