@Snoro I remember going through this with the whole ethanol craze in the early 00s. It wasn't a solution then, and it isn't one now. We got promised cellulosic ethanol, which would have given us ethanol from switchgrass and the general plant waste matter, and that never materialized. If we really did get an energy and emissions positive from agricultural biofuels, then farms would be racing to bootstrap their fleets on it. They aren't, and that's because it's not a real solution.
