@WarnerCrocker It’s about time someone kicks them in the nutz! Two decades ago a Google rep sat in my office at the job, told me he wants to place their search appliance on our internal network - I told him, “no, you can place it in our DMZ but you won’t touch our internal net.” The guy then proceeded to tell me that, no, it WILL go onto our internal net, and I promptly had that idiot escorted to the door and ejected. While not the same as the violations recorded here this is a VERY good start.
@WarnerCrocker it took me a while to find it but here it is.
This whole thing was _so_ exasperatingly obvious and had such a deep impact on how we use the internet to learn, access information, communicate with each other that I still have a hard time swallowing the fact that we had to undergo this whole sh1t show for so long!
It has always been so self evident that it never needed a lawyer to understand it! It just took simple observation and common sense!!
