   i have a theory "normal people" go out and do some culture and shit and that's also how you meet people.. but it feels quite alien

     @piggo a "normal"person already has a community support system, the bread starter yeast is already a brewing and they can bake that bread
     
     you are looking to make a good sour dough bread, but you don't have the starter (friends, family, relatives, to do the most simple things with, like taking your mom to a cafe in private or in group, going to the movies with a group of 3+, etc)
     
     Once you have the starter, don't leave it to die by not feeding it for too long, or you might have to start from scratch
     
     The weirder and less simple your requirements are for your bread starter, the harder and longer it will take to get it going
