   so after realizing that soft tofu actually stays good for a longer time than i thought, I want to use more soft tofu. Does anyone have any good tofu recipes, and I would also like to put them on https://mealie.bubbletea.dev, thank you!!

     i also want to experiment with french and italian butter more so if anyone has any butters that they'd recommend pls let me know too
