   Elon Musk is caught manipulating the US election, by pretending to register swing state voters, which are never registered to vote, writes CNBC.

   Instead, his system creates a detailed profile of each swing state voter, which can potentially allow Elon Musk to only help register those voters, who are likely to vote for Trump.

     @randahl not to mention potentially target ads at those swing voters. Although at this point I'd be surprised if any ads from the Dems are being shown on Twitter.
