     @ricci @leean00 In reality, what you do is not just send an email.

     - First you register a ticket in the ticketing system
     - Then you email them to please have a look at the ticket
     - Then you message them to please have a look at the email

     @leean00 @ricci I barely talk to anyone who doesn't have a ticket queue. The financial department has one too.

     Anyway, my team works on integrations and we talk mostly to other IT teams.

     @clacke @ricci I am confused; I work in IT; it is the users and managers that miss your email due to their sheer volume.
