   @alexandra it was an inspired solution from @hl ! I filled it in with Child A, who showed me which tooth it was so we could mark it properly on the diagram, signed and dated the form, it's currently under the pillow 🥰

     @sarajw @hl definitely inspired! Hope you remembered to swap it out. I was always TERRIBLE at that part and the kids would have to leave notes for the tooth fairy so she would notice, because the tooth fairy was a very busy lady.
