     @catalystcoop @aripeskoe @ntnsndr @chrisnelder I remember seeing a comparative analysis between municipality owned DSOs vs big private company DSOs in Sweden. Results showed that public DSOs were cheaper to the user, better, monetary benefits all staying locally. I can try to see if I could find it again if it's of interest
