   @theropologist I have no problem with it. I will consider myself weird for not wanting to blindly follow the masses. But to those masses who need to be in the in-group, being weird is super insulting because they risk becoming the other.

     Calling the fascists weird isn't ruining weird. Weird can be a compliment if you don't happen to be an insecure chest-puffing man-child. The fact that they are so triggered by it is the point. It makes weird even better.
