   “The release of innocent Americans and Russian political prisoners from wrongful detention is encouraging news,” say House Speaker Johnson and Senate Republican Leader McConnell in a joint statement, adding: “As we renew our call for the return of all persons wrongfully detained by the Kremlin, we recognize that trading hardened Russian criminals for innocent Americans does little to discourage Putin’s reprehensible behavior.”

     Huge mistake.

     👉Never negotiate with a terrorist, and much less: make deals with them!👈

     Now, state terrorist and war criminal #Putin knows he just has to pick up some known Western citizens, have them convicted of a crime, and thrown in jail in exchange for his captured assasins and assets.
     It's a really cheap "insurance policy."

     Even worse: other rogue states' dictators have learned this lesson, too:
