     A constitution can't posit rights and privileges. It can only structure the role of government in light of existential circumstances.
     
     By way of example, the first amendment doesn't posit free speech. People can speak whether or not the amendment exists. Rather, it structures the government's role in the regulation of what people can already do... open their mouths and make noises.
     
     Here the left was trying to posit the like the "right to a non-violent digital space." Having a non-violent digital space is not something a person can just do by reason of their natural condition. This is better left to legislation with specifically defined terms and clearly written provisions.
