     Correct, she should not have admin rights unless she has basic admin skills. Or do you think that everyone should be allowed to do everything on everything they own? For example, I still have a gas heating system in my house, but I'm not a plumber by trade. I'd rather not make any changes myself.

     @GossiTheDog at least on the czech version, there are all sorts of fake medical advice articles. Usually some miracle cures, but sometimes really bizarre things. I have a screenshot somewhere with article whose thumbnail is a potato in a shoe and it's headline is *put a potato in your shoe!* and nothing else. Microsoft does not care at all what's shown on there.
