     Over here, it's outrage against the far right, but in fact the supposedly left wing social democrats as well as sometimes even the greens are the ones actually doing their dirty, reactionary work of lawmaking and policy changes already, pretending it's something else altogether and it's getting ever more disgusting.

     @justafrog It's cool having your entire existence reduced to a wedge issue these people think they can use to turn people rightward.

     And we're not the only ones. But it's such a transparent ploy.

     The only comfort I take is it mostly doesn't seem to help them win elections. But when the people with power keep pushing it anyway...

     @gwynnion I can see the same tactics which were successful in UK and USA get trialed in Europe.

     The media control is not as heavy everywhere, but that the attempt is universally there is very discomforting.

     It's clear each country's rich assholes think this is a brilliant plan.
