   Today i did the 37th #Bike2Work ride.
   It was 32°C, hot and sunny, wind was slightly against and I did A-1 (16.7km, 135m ascend).
   Again today i did "base" training, in z2-z3 heart zones...ended again 5 or 6min after my best time.
   I was annoyed also by a runny nose because a F colleague came to work 3 days sick...and now i have that...😡
   Hope to recover soon to ride again on monday maybe...and sorry but no pic today...
