   Figs are ripe!!! Yesterday they were so very close, today they are all half eaten. Animals are jerks for not finishing the fruit.

     @dof I just imagine whatever got these picking through the tree, destroying each one, and angrily discarding them for not being quite perfect.

     @ATLeagle bingo. Went out there today and lots of half eaten ones. A lot of others had burst open. I think all the rain after a dry spell is causing the bursting.
