      Eastern Europe bakeries tend to not have much variety from my experience. My favorite European bakeries are in Japan. :3

      @rin @vaartis my friend, this is a rabbit hole i do not want to go too much into
      but personally, composition of the dough itself - something balanced like a generic loaf, or flatbread or pau would be bread, while something more specialized and decadent like croissants, prata, heck even brioche (french definition) would be pastry
