   @makdaam Therac-25 is ancient. Do people know about Toyota's bogus controller firmware causing unintended car acceleration? This is much more recent.

     @newt @makdaam : I worked on some Toyota internal code.

     Nobody will ever believe what I’ve seen. Nobody will ever believe how it was to discuss with the engineers writing the code. People will think it is all made up for comedic purpose.

     And I still wonder how there are not thousands of deaths every days.
