I still see a lot of made up bullshit about 'drag bans' so I want to make it clear that what they're doing is banning #transgender people from living in parts of the US at all.

Ok I want you to imagine like, France and Denmark. They're both in the EU so some Danes work in France, some live there full or part time, some are just visiting.

Now imagine if France passed a law saying that any Dane seen by a minor in public would be fined €2.500 and a 5 yr prison sentence. Even if the kid was their own.

The law does not specify that all Danes are expelled from France but it effectively does by making it too dangerous for any Dane to be seen in public

That's an act of war on the part of France, no? Promising violent retaliation to anyone guilty of being a Dane? Rather the definition of war, really.

Total war at that.

It doesnt matter that the laws dont all pass, cuz the last one that hit the SCOTUS made us 2nd class citizens already.
