Chuck Schumer is like the oiliest, schmooziest, blowhardiest NY politician dude but there is something that is really charming about him. He is funny at times. His whole schtick works. With his glasses. I remember once when I was a teenager + he had some kind of health scare + while he was on a stretcher being loaded into an ambulance he was taking questions from reporters.
