   Delta, 466 cancellations (13%), 912 delays (26%) so far on Tuesday, July 23rd. Apparently more broken than everyone else, or they don't have a way to reboot/restart machines as efficiently.

     @ai6yr I'm hearing that the crew scheduling system has lost its mind. It couldn't handle the massive amounts of changes due to the first failure.
