   I appreciate what Buttigieg is saying here about the invisible work to make things safe and seamless being the most important work. That was the stuff that Moses didn’t care about, that is still broken in #nyc because it doesn’t make a good photo op. It is easier to let all of that stuff slide and chase the shiny new thing. This is also a problem in the tech world.
