   This has been a really packed week, I am just obliterated.

   You would think that means I'm getting paid a lot, but I work a) sliding scale in my own practice and b) org-negotiated insurance rates in my contract work. (Also they take three weeks to pay us.)

   I took a two-hour nap after sessions so I can get to these reports I need to turn in, but I am still fried.

     At least 2/3 of clients this week have cited political events as a significant stressor. People are trying to prepare for the worst. Just in case.

     @_L1vY_ “The worst” could take any number of forms. Trying to figure out the most likely is itself a particular kind of stress.

     @heidilifeldman @_L1vY_. I’m reminding myself that my best courses of action are in my immediate vicinity. I cannot change the national issues, but I can be there for my lgbtq friends and my immigrant friends. I’m will do whatever I can for them if those days come to pass. I can let them know they can count on me now.
