まちカドおるみん御嬢様ANS.1 の鍵フォーマットが.der でその ASCII text 版 (base64) が .pem、PKCS は Public-Key Cryptography Standard で RFC などで定まった標準の交換形式で元々は RSA Security LLC 考案だけど公開仕様になった、だけど PKCS #1、PKCS #2、... PKCS #15 まであるので #N 次第でどういう形式で何を保持してるかが異なる。
