Biden has had no problem with his day job. He is the most effective POTUS since FDR. He does have a problem campaigning, specifically feeding a public nurtured on infopablum a message they can easily digest. Kamala doesn't have the messaging problem, but she is Black and a woman, two strikes against her with the big donors.
