The R/G/B level and black level pots, master black (ring around the iris lever) and the iris lever itself are all like that, they all have endstops.
The little wheels under the LCD are 360 degree rotary encoders though.

@synx508 Reminds me a little of the way the iris/paint controls work on our Sony camera remotes at work - if it's in relative mode (and it usually is), the absolute position of each control is ignored when you push panel enable, but further movement of it affects the control. It's all good until you go to try to, say, iris down and the iris joystick is too close to or sitting on one of the end stops, you have to turn off panel enable, move it, and turn it on again.
